What we collect

Account details (name, email, professional profile), verification records (identity check result and licence review outcome), and the clinical content you create: encounter audio, transcripts, recaps, patient memory entries and guidance runs.

How we use it

To provide the service: transcribing your recordings, generating recaps, maintaining per-patient memory, and producing cited guidance. We also keep operational logs, which never contain clinical content.

Processors

We use third-party speech-to-text, language-model and embedding providers to process content on our behalf, under agreements that exclude training on our data. Each processor is recorded in our data-processing register, available on request.

Identity data

Where a national identity verification service returns a connecting identifier (such as a Korean CI value), we store only a keyed one-way hash of it, never the value itself. Licence document images are stored privately and deleted after the review is complete.

Retention and deletion

Deleting an encounter removes its audio, transcript, recap and the facts it contributed to patient memory. Deleting a patient removes everything associated with them. Deleting your account removes all of it.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us. Patients whose data you hold should be directed to you as the controller of that record.

Contact

Write to privacy@medvisor.app with any question about this policy or a request relating to your data.
